Sales Progressor

Are you organised, motivated and enthusiastic about property? Are you looking for a new Sales Progressor opportunity in Chiswick, for a successful multi branch Estate Agency?

Do you have 1-2 years' experience in Sales Progression and managing 10-20 transactions at any one time?

Sales Progressor package:
Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm

£30,000 basic salary per annum, plus bonus for every completion OTE £40,000

Sales Progressor duties:

- Processing and progressing all agreed sales through to completion
- Liaising with agents, mortgage brokers and solicitors
- Providing all relevant parties with accurate updates on the progress of the sale/purchase
- Updating and maintaining running sales files
- Showing persistence when required to ensure exchange deadline is met

To be a Sales Progressor, you need:

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload
- Strong relationship-building skills and driven, proactive and confident nature
- Full in-depth knowledge of conveyancing process
- Experience within a similar role in estate agency and knowledge of the UK property market
- Thrives in a fast-paced, sales environment
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
