As an IT apprentice, you'll be at the forefront of this mission, working toward achieving your Level 3 IT Support qualification. **A Typical Day in the Job**:

- Diagnose and resolve IT issues, problems, ensuring that account is taken of agreed levels of service and the need for quality, security, availability, and safety.
- Assist and advice users in making more effective use of ICT services, investigating problems to diagnose underlying causes and helping users at all levels.
- Identifying and resolving incidents within agreed SLAs.
- Assistance with the execution of small-scale projects, actively participating in all phases.
- Responding to customers who contact the service via the ICT Helpdesk
- Supporting the work carried out by the ICT Helpdesk and Desktop Support Teams

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

**Salary, Hours** **&** **Benefits**:

- £13,045.14 - £17,662.73 per annum for the first year
- Salary increase to £19,587.73 after 12 months
- Working Monday-Friday, 7:45-17:00

- Knowledge of PC’s
- Understanding of Office 365
- A passion for technology
- Driven with a willingness to learn
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- A grade 4/C at GCSE in English and Maths is required for this role
