Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Appointment Coordinator to join our team. As an Appointment Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating appointments for our clients. This is a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

**Duties**:

- Schedule appointments for clients using our appointment scheduling software
- Communicate with clients to confirm appointments and provide necessary information
- Coordinate with team members to ensure availability and proper scheduling
- Follow up with clients to reschedule or cancel appointments as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date appointment records in our database
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Proficient in using appointment scheduling software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience in telemarketing or sales
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
