**Job Title: Experienced Automotive Service Advisor**

**Location: Hayes**

**Salary: £29,000-£31,000 (based on experience) + benefits**

**Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with Saturdays on rota basis**

Our client, a leading automotive dealership in Heathrow, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their team. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a background in automotive sales, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide outstanding customer care and manage client relationships effectively.
- Oversee the service process, ensuring efficiency and satisfaction.
- Offer value-added sales solutions to promote our wide range of products and services.

**Requirements**:

- Strong administrative skills with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Excellent communication skills, including experience in complaint handling.
- Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service.
- Valid UK driver's license with clean driving record.
- Right to work in the UK.
