Core Technology Systems is seeking a passionate, experienced Microsoft 365 Solutions Consultant.

You will have demonstrable knowledge of implementing out-of-the-box Microsoft 365 solutions; principally
- SharePoint Online (and OneDrive for Business)
- Microsoft Teams
- Microsoft Viva
- Microsoft Power Platform
- Office 365
- Microsoft Purview (Security & Compliance)

You will also demonstrate a good working knowledge of custom solutions options using both low code and traditional full stack development approaches. Custom solutions use cases typically include:

- Business Process Automation including Forms and Approvals
- Document Management
- Employee Engagement Portal
- Risk & Compliance Management

The role and responsibilities include:

- Engage with stakeholders and determine requirements for new / modified systems through consultation with clients and colleagues
- Undertake feasibility studies of software solutions through specifying functional details and costing, equipment, staffing and operational procedures
- Provide advice and recommendations to stakeholders based on experience within specialist technology area
- Delivery of customer focused engagements - Training / End User Adoption
- Working with full stack developers to deliver custom solutions
- Collaborate with Project Management Office to ensure timely and qualitive delivery of projects

Skills/Experience

Essential:

- In-Depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 governance models and policies
- Solid understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, and related technology / solution concepts
- Power Platform Experience, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate
- Business Analysis / Business Systems Analysis
- Chairing workshops of varying sizes
- Ability to deliver Consultancy engagements
- Presentation skills
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)

Desirable:

- A working knowledge of web development fundamentals including UX design principles, HTML, CSS and JavaScript Frameworks
- Experience creating low code workflows solutions using Power Automate
- Working knowledge of full stack web development frameworks including Typescript, React, ASP.net, C#, SPFx, Powershell, SQL, Rest APIs, GraphQL, JSON, XML & SOAP
- Experience of Agile delivery methodologies including Managed Solution Deployments, Application Lifecycle Management, Azure Devops CI/CD pipeline automation
