Export Administrator

Location: Heywood

Salary : £23,000 - £25,000

Working with our client in Heywood we are looking to appoint an Export Administrator to join their fast paced growing business. You will be responsible for managing the paperwork and compliance for the exportation of goods in the UK and EU. Working hours are Monday - Friday 8.30am-5pm

Responsibilities:

- Provide administrator support the Export team on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Responsible for making sure all paperwork is legal and compliant and follow UK laws
- Manage end to end shipment process providing shipping documentation and completing bill ladings.
- Ensuring that compliance documentation is produced and VGMs are monitored and provided
- Managing and tracking European road movements
- Using inhouse systems to ensure records are maintained and reviewed

Personal Profile:

- Looking for someone who has administrative experience and has worked within Shipping/Transport/Import/Expor
- Must have strong communication skills - verbally and written
- Strong IT skills - across Microsoft Office Package
- Must be adaptable, organised and motivated to learn new skills
