Head Receptionist position available in a luxury hotel near Newquay.

The reception team welcome guest interaction and see it as an opportunity to shine and deliver exceptional customer service. With guest satisfaction at the forefront of what they do, you will ensure all guests receive a warm welcome and the highest customerservice as soon as they step foot through the doors.

They are looking for a team member that can support the FOH team in all they do. Understand how to deal with a escalation, motivate a team and be able to train new team members as they join.

For this role you need to be able demonstrate your previous experience in a supervisory front of house position.
