JRRL has a great opportunity for an IT Helpdesk Technician to join our client on the outskirts of Eltham.You will be working with an experienced in-house IT team of 5 to provide high levels of customer service and support to all the staff. **Duties for the IT Helpdesk Technician include**:
- Supporting the IT teams daily operations by managing helpdesk queries
- Triaging helpdesk tickets
- Administering hardware and software updates
- General IT support for the whole business
- Supporting other members of the infrastructure, security and developer teams as required
**Ideally for this IT Helpdesk Technician role you will**:
- Be CompTIA qualified or an equivalent IT qualification
- Have a knowledge of Autodesk software (preferred)
- Be a keen, innovative problem solver
- Be willing to learn
