**What you'll be doing;**

To implement and maintain **Veolia Optimised Operations and Maintenance** ( VOOM) across Veolia contracts in the Central Scotland region, including any future new contracts. VOOM is a business management process designed to support the strategic aims of the Veolia Business. Its primary objective is to optimise maintenance delivery to improve asset performance and reliability, thereby promoting operational stability and efficiency.
- VOOM is based on Lean RCM (Reliability Centred Maintenance) principles and uses CBM (Condition Based Monitoring) techniques and FMECA (Failure Modes Effect Criticality Analysis).
- Compliance with all Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Implementation of VOOM on new sites and processes, leading on FMECA analysis
- Liaison with Operations and Maintenance teams, VOOM practitioners and VOOM champions to ensure engagement and relevant input from first line staff during FMECA analysis and SOP’s writing
- Delivery of VOOM awareness and VOOM practitioner courses
- Compliance with all Veolia policies and procedures

**What we're looking for;**
- Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment processes or equivalent
- Hands on experience on operating and maintaining wastewater processes or equivalent
- Computer literacy/competency - Must be comfortable with data collation and repetitive tasks
- Knowledge and ability to work with spreadsheets, databases, use of Microsoft Paint to edit pictures.
- A good working knowledge of all legislative and legal requirements regarding Health and safety.
- Strong and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail, ability to work independently, self-motivated
- Full driving licence
- It is desirable you have Lean RCM, CBM, continuous improvement qualifications or relevant experience
