**PROCESS IMPROVEMENT SPECIALIST**

**LEEK**
**PERMANENT**

**FULL TIME**
**UP TO £50K DOE**

**THE ROLE**
- Driving a sustainable continuous improvement culture to achieve exceptional productivity and quality performance across the business
- Incorporate Six Sigma and LEAN practices into the culture
- Closely analyse business processes using a variety of methods including DMAIC, gap analysis and value stream mapping
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement
- Closely monitoring KPIs
- Lead on CI meetings and presentations to senior leadership team

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- Experience in Chemical manufacturing processes
- Professional LEAN qualifications preferred - Lean black belt
- HNC/Degree qualified preferred - Process Engineering or Manufacturing improvements
- NEBOSH or equivalent
- Strong statistical analysis skills and the ability to accurately present statistical information
- Excellent IT literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
- Excellent written and verbal communicator, able to deliver presentations where necessary
- Strong influencing skills and a drive to succeed against demanding targets
