We have an exciting new role for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our growing Marketing team. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will support various marketing initiatives and projects to promote our brand and drive brand awareness throughout the UK and Europe. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brand and creating compelling visual content that engages our target audience. Flexibility is key in this role; you must work to tight deadlines, adapt as the workflow dictates and be willing to take on anything and everything.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and execution of visually captivating content for marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to digital, print, and social media.
- Ensure brand consistency in visual elements across all marketing channels, adhering to brand guidelines and maintaining brand integrity in all designs.
- Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualise and execute creative campaigns that effectively communicate brand messages and engage our audience.
- Demonstrate flexibility in design approach to cater to diverse marketing needs, from product launches and promotions to seasonal campaigns and events
- Involvement in multiple projects requiring you to manage your workload efficiently.
- Seeing tasks through the approval process and execution.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Collaborate with a small team to brainstorm new ideasthere’s no such thing as a bad idea at VC
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual assets.
- Anything else required to support the Marketing Manager and overall department objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
- Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to take on any task.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Enthusiastic and able to work effectively as part of a team and individually.
- Strong attention to detail with a ‘right-first-time’ attitude and approach.
- Ability to multitask, see tasks through and prioritise workload to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organised and detail-orientated.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal and written.
- Experience in Microsoft Office packages is essential.
- Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign and Photoshop, is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing various design work.
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role is essential.

**Job Details**:

- Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30
- Location: Worthing, United Kingdom (office-based)
- Salary (dependent on experience)
