**Location: Glasgow Sky Park, Finnieston. Upon successful probation hybrid working pattern will be available. Pattern will be discussed at interview stage.**

In this role as an administrator within our Claims and Underwriting department, you'll join a close, experienced team working with multiple major brands in the financial services industry. You'll process claims through the full process, from receipt of the initial claim form through to payment, with varied responsibilities including collating documents and information according to strict requirements, ensuring the correct people are involved at the various stages, and sending out necessary updates and documents. In this position, you'll demonstrate your attention to detail and communication skills to ensure claims are processed properly, helping customers with high-quality service. Full training will be provided.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Process customer correspondence in line with documented procedures.
- Ensure customer records are accurately maintained.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Achieve targets to maintain productivity, quality, and contractual service level agreements.
- Manage own workload effectively and prioritise accordingly to meet targets.
- Accurately complete any quality/productivity documentation required.

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous experience in an administration, preferably data entry/processing.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Confident communicator with a professional and friendly manner
- Excellent listening skills and an ability to problem solve
- A fast learner with an attention to detail
- The ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload.
- Someone who is punctual and reliable.
- Minimum Grade C (Standard Grade) Minimum Grade 4 (Nat 5) in Maths and English is required.
