Our client, a leading specialist bank, is looking for an all-round M&A Senior Manager to lead and deliver its exciting acquisition strategy. They have extensive plans, so this is a great time to join their senior team. This is a high-profile role, with accountabilityto the board. Ideally, you will have strong FS sector experience, both buy side and sell side.

It's important you've got closed deal exposure as this role is end to end - you'll find, scope and deliver the acquisition along with any due diligence.

Your responsibilities will include;
- Leading the bank's strategy on acquisitions
- Liaising with C-Suite and relevant counter parties
- Advising the bank on acquisitions, and identifying potential targets
- Preparing valuations, pitches and proposals for internal review
- Worked in Corporate Finance M&A with a good understanding of the FS sector
- Have a strong understanding of end-to-end deal management
- Financial due diligence experience to support the deals
