**The Role: Health and Safety Advisor - Construction**

As a Health and Safety Advisor, you're not just taking a job; you're stepping into a role that plays a pivotal role in our consultancy division, driving health and safety standards and promoting a culture of safety and excellence across all of our Clients’ projects.

We want you to join our network of like-minded, passionate construction and training professionals who pride themselves on their expertise and capabilities to deliver projects from concept to completion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage health, safety, and CDM documentation, becoming an expert in aligning with evolving legislation.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across all disciplines in Construction, championing the highest standards of safety and compliance.
- Be a proactive learner, continuously updating your knowledge to keep pace with legislative and industry changes.
- Contribute to the development of safety culture by providing insights and supporting Consultants and Principal Designers.

You should be:

- Driven, enthusiastic and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledgeable or willing to learn about Health and Safety Legislation and CDM 2015 Regulations.
- Ideally holding a Level 3 Health and Safety qualification or motivated to achieve this.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational skills.
- An excellent communicator, able to articulate complex ideas simply and effectively.
