**The role consists of**:

- Send Statements
- Creating and managing Ageing reports to be shared within the business
- Work with internal business partners to get purchase orders from customers
- Set up new customers in SAP
- Maintain company details tracker
- Complete supplier forms for our new customers
- Maintain customers and suppliers' details in SAP
- Managing the bad debt provision
- Other ad-hoc duties such as the SAP internal reconciliation of the balance sheet accounts, support the assistant management accountants in preparing the activity reports templates for the following month.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues and external customers at all levels.
- Excel skills essential
- SAP experience desirable
- Be willing to adapt to different business scenarios
