F & I Group is a leading construction company in the North East with over 40 years of experience. Flowing Construction Services is one of the five divisions within the company. We offer the highest standard of services to customers across a range of sectors including social housing (new build and refurbishment), commercial and education.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing construction team based in Washington, North East. We cover all of the North East, although most of our work is within a 100-mile catchment area from the office we could on the odd occasion go further.

You will be required to work Monday - Friday.

Flowing Construction Services offers a full and comprehensive range of commercial roofing services to our customers. Our experienced and professional team are trained to the highest standard and work closely with our dedicated customer service team to ensure all of our roofing projects are completed on time and to budget.

Overtime is available but not expected. Bonus scheme in place.

**Responsibilities**:
Installation of rooflines and rainwater goods (mainly UPVC), to both new and refurbished properties. Joinery background preferred.

**Qualifications Required**:

- Valid CSCS Card
- Driving License
- Relevant Experience

Hours of work are 8:00am until 4:30pm (Monday to Friday).
