Security Gateman

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Security Gateman to join our team on a long term project in Beauly. The Security Gateman will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for the employees, visitors, and premises. The site is operational from 06:30am - 19:00 Monday to Friday, full time dayshift and part time dayshift positions are available.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prevent intrusion and ensure security of the site gates.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms.
- Respond to alarms and security breaches promptly.
- Greet visitors, operate the gate for vehicles coming to and from the site.
- Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
- Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
- Warn persons of rule infractions or violations.

Qualifications:

- Proven work experience as a Security Officer or relevant position.
- Ability to manage and maintain security systems effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with visitors, employees, and law enforcement agencies.
