Credit control supervisor needed to come in and hit the ground running on a temp to perm basis. Supervising a small team in a friendly office.

**Client Details**

Our client is a fast growing health care business with offices in Cambridge and Peterborough. The client offers excellent progression opportunities and the opportunity to grow as part of a friendly & supportive team.

**Description**
- Ensure that customers credit is controlled
- Maintain invoice query and credit note register
- Carrying out credit checks
- Producing weekly and monthly debtor reports
- Processing online card payments
- Spotting inconsistencies and recognising 'red flags' and take the appropriate actions
- Reporting on debtors to line managers
- Being a team player and assisting your team with additional administrative tasks as and when required

**Profile**
- Accurate IT skills and methodical approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Preferably previous experience in credit control
- Excellent organisational and prioritising ability
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel to perform required tasks
- Ability to process and organise workload quickly but accurately
- Customer Service experience
- Maintain a professional manner at all times and adaptable to change
