Are you experienced in retail merchandising and looking for a new role - this could be the role for you? You will be joining a tight knit team in a fast moving and growing organisation, based near Market Deeping (driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential) to support them in the next stage of their growth plan.

Collaborating across the wider business you will be:

- Monitoring and expediting repeat orders
- Monitoring stock availability, identifying potential shortages, and taking corrective actions.
- Analyse seasonal and customer trends
- Review sales and stock
- re-forecasting in line with current trade and suggesting any exceptions required
- Work with the Supply chain to provide forecasts and PO visibility
- Complete ad-hoc analysis to help aid commercial decisions, range planning, budgeting and margin analysis
- Engage extensively with customers to gather forecast and plan in their orders

About you:
You will have some previous experience in a merchandising role and demonstrate the ability to manage critical path supply chains. It is essential that you have previous experience liaising with suppliers outside of the UK, ideally the Far East.
You will have first class analytical skills and enjoy working with system provided and personally researched data, analysing and providing insight to drive efficient commercial decision making.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

The role is 100% office based.
