A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Pastry Chef at a unique 4* hotel.
Key responsibilities of the Pastry Chef include -??
- Preparing, cooking, bakingand presenting dishes within your speciality?
- Managing and training any demi-chef de parties or commis working with you?
- Helping the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menus?
- Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety?

This is a full time position working 45 hours a week on any 5 days out of 7, including weekend work and bank holidays. As Pastry Chef you will be paid £28,000 per annum.??
As Pastry Chef you will have experience within a similar position and be able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.? Live in accommodation is also available.
