**Dental Receptionist - Private Dental Practice - VICI Dental Pudsey**

We are proud to announce the recent opening of our second VICI Dental clinic in Pudsey.

VICI Dental is a boutique Private Dental Practice located in Pudsey town centre, providing exceptional quality dental care and facial aesthetic treatments.

VICI Dental is well regarded for its high standards and excellent patient care and with that in mind, we are keen to recruit an experienced and dynamic Dental Receptionist/Patient Coordinator to help facilitate its existing and growing number of new patients.

Start Date: Immediate or As soon as possible

**Duties of the Role**
- Front of house and the first point of contact
- Provide a first class concierge service to all of our clients who attend the clinic
- Meeting clients, responsible for checking them in, managing their appointments to ensure they have a seamless journey throughout their dental treatment.
- Managing telephone calls from new and existing clients
- Managing leads from new clients
- Dealing with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Taking deposits and payments from clients
- Responsible for ensuring a great ambience in the clinic reception

Pay: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.25 per week

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Dental: 1 year (required)
