**Job description**

Melbec Microbiology Ltd are currently recruiting for a Cosmetic Safety Assessor to join their regulatory team. This is a permanent post and can be based on site at our Lancashire laboratories or it can be home-based.

Melbec Microbiology is family owned, friendly and rapidly growing company who are looking to expand their services. We specialise in the cosmetic and biocidal sectors supported by an experienced team of scientists.

**Key responsibilities**:Cosmetic Safety Assessor

A full understanding of UK and EU Cosmetic Regulations is essential.

Experience liaising with customers would be desirable.

The role includes:
Preparation of Cosmetic Product Safety Reports.

Working with the Business Development Team to provide technical information to clients.

Representing the company at conferences, exhibitions, on professional committees etc.
