**THE ROLE**

You will need to have a hunter personality and enjoy working in a proactive sales environment.

**What you’ll do**
- Searching for CVs and their screening to match client requirements
- Preparing, formatting CVs and their presentation to the clients
- Advertising the vacancies on various job boards

**What you’ll bring**
- Tenacity and drive to exceed sales targets.
- Fluency in German and English
- Being results orientated.
- A born hunter who enjoys building their pipeline.
- Experience and/or confidence of building solid relationships with high level individuals.
- Although previous recruitment experience isn’t necessary for this role, it would be desirable.
- Ability to work under pressure and as a part of the team
- Keen to work in a proactive, sales driven environment
- Result and target driven
- Motivated by earning potential and career progression
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- A self-starter attitude, creativity and curiosity with the focus and openness it takes to work both independently and collaboratively
- Will consider hungry graduates looking to pursue a career in a fast paced, financially rewarding sales environment.
