An exciting new restaurant opening from Chef Mark Sargeant in Folkestone at the end of August.

The restaurant requires a full time KP to support the kitchen team. Experience in a busy restaurant environment is preferred but not essential. Full training will be provided and the opportunity for training in the kitchen can also be provided if desired.

This is a full time position.

The restaurant would like to reach a Michelin star standard within 12 months so the restaurant needs enthusiastic and keen staff who want to be part of a successful team.

- Weekend availability
