Your new company
An independent Health Care organisation in Norfolk setting a new project, for a period of 12-18 months, and they are looking to recruit a Project Manager tasked to deliver a brand new health care facility.

Your new role

- To be the primary point of contact / co-ordination between the department and the aligned Operational Directors and "local" teams, ensuring operational stakeholders have access to the advice and capacity they need to manage and improve patient care, servicedelivery and efficiency.
- To support Service Leads in managing change for defined project areas across the Trust; recognising resistance to change and developing strategies to overcome this and support staff in working differently
- To understand the priorities and challenges of the aligned Operational Directors, local teams and services they support, and to ensure that that understanding is shared with the wider team
- To act as advocate for the aligned Operational Directors, teams and services to ensure appropriate allocation of resource and that, as a customer, their needs are being met
- Requirement for regular contact with internal and external stakeholders, including service users; communicating highly sensitive and highly complex information, resolving issues and delivering clear and concise information through detailed reports and presentations
- Facilitating the process mapping of services, systems and processes with key stakeholders.
- Understanding complex information to determine if any change in action is required; reviewing options, assessing risk and identifying appropriate action
- Manage the deployment of resources (from their team, the wider department, or wider Trust / other stakeholders), both direct and matrix managed reports, to successfully deliver activities, workstreams and projects.
- Manage financial resources to deliver on financial initiatives, cost improvement plans, etc with delegated responsibility for managing budgets, identifying under/overspend and taking appropriate action.

What you'll need to succeed
- Experience of working in a large complex organisation such as the NHS, social care sector or similar provider
- Experience of managing complex or sensitive projects
- Experience of delivering significant change projects
- Experience of planning, developing and implementing changes to services, systems or processes
- Experience of leading/being part of a team which delivered successful business change

What you'll get in return
A great daily rate of £225 -£275, Depending on experience, HYBRID / Flexible working.
