SiFi Networks funds, builds and operates citywide, open access, fiber optic networks throughout cities in the USA known as FiberCities®.

SiFi Networks is growing at rapid pace. We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team and become an integral part of the Marketing department.

Marketing experience is not necessary for this role but some administration duty experience is preferable.
- Assist in the research of new FiberCities® and marketing opportunities in these cities
- Help develop event calendars for each FiberCity®
- Assist in ordering event items, printed collateral, uniform, and giveaways.
- Develop company newsletters
- Help the wider team with presentations, ensuring the brand is represented correctly
- Maintain SiFi internal communications website
- Update the company website
- Research content for social media channels and industry news stories
- Produce marketing reports
- Maintain itinerary and logging marketing activity
- Help with the admin duties of events/exhibitions/seminars
- Help support the infield FiberCity® teams’ objectives with marketing collateral to support their initiatives.
- Source quotes from suppliers for marketing collateral
- Other general admin duties - filing, archiving to the system, accounting admin
