Are you currently working as a Workshop controller within a dealership? Or looking to make the step up from Technician to come off the tools? Able to work well under pressure? Can you commute to Aberdeen?

I am working with a client of mine who is looking for a Workshop Controller for their Franchised Dealership that is in the Aberdeen region.

**What is needed as a Workshop Controller**:

- Ideally come from a Vehicle Technician or mechanical background - Not essential.
- Able to generate profit through effective management of Technician, hours and productivity.
- Can delegate the correct work to the correct staff depending on skillset.
- Work together with senior Technician’s.
- Able to manage and coach a wide variety of staff and skills.
- Can work closely with other colleagues and departments.
- Able to provide updates and timescales for live and upcoming jobs.
- Can ensure correct items and parts are on order or in stock for jobs to be completed.
- Able to maintain warranty procedures and policies are closely followed.
- Can make sure that all vehicles are completed correctly before handover.
