Based in Cambridge UK is a small centre of excellence that develops specific drive technology, that is utilised in the wider group’s portfolio of products.

**The Role**:
The role will involve complete product ownership from concept to completion, involving overseeing or being involved with the following:

- Design of electronic systems controlled by mixed signal digital microprocessors
- Design, Simulation, prototyping
- Schematic design, PCB Layout (Altium)
- Unit testing, integration testing and general product testing
- Select and work with CEM when products are fit for manufacture

Whilst this role is centred around Power Electronics, it is not absolutely essential to come from this background.
- Electronic, Power Electronic Engineering Degree
- Some products or project ownership across similar electronics
- Electronic Design Engineering experience
- PCB Layout and Circuit design (Altium is essential)
- SMPS, EMC Filtering, IGBT gate drive and protection
- Knowledge of general-purpose microcontroller & mixed signal design
- Analogue Electronics competence (Including Signal Chain & Simulation)
