Makehappen Group Ltd is looking to add a Streetworkd Coordinator to our growing team in HQ Leeds, to play a pivotable role in planning and tracking work activities.

**Your Role**

As a Streetworks Coordinator, you will play a pivotable role in supporting accurate planning, reporting and a smooth fibre build process. You will be responsible for the submission of Noticing and Permit requests and tracking work activities.
- Create and distribute job packs
- Plan and prioritise daily activities
- Chase notices for closure
- Track permits
- Carry out PIA administrative tasks
- Investigate and track fines such as FPN’s and Sec74s
- Provide the Project Manager and key stakeholders with information regarding changes, delays, and mitigations
- Collate information for site measures and photo set ups
- Register dimensions for notices
- Liaise with the Highways Authorities where appropriate

**How You’ll Do It**
- Prior experience working within a similar role
- Experience working on Street Manager
- Familiar with the Openreach network
- Self-motivated and results driven
- Effective and clear communication both oral and written
- Team player
