**About our client**
We are partnering with a leading tech focused mid-market private equity firm which is looking to add a Part-Qualified accountant to their London Finance function. This broad and varied position offers an exciting chance to join a rapidly growing firm and gainexposure to fund finance as well as monthly management accounts, helping to contribute to the firms growth overall.
**What the job involves**:

- Processing of monthly supplier invoices and payment runs
- Assisting the monthly management accounting preparation process by posting supplier and customer invoices
- Preparation of quarterly accounts for SPVs
- Assisting with the year end audit process for SPVs and management company
- Oversight of drawdown/distribution and quarterly reporting process run by administrators
- Dealing with investor queries and stakeholder reporting

**Who we are looking for**:

- Strong interest in the private markets
- Private equity background is beneficial
- Exposure to accounting packages such as Sage and Quickbooks is beneficial
- Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office
