Are you a talented **Painter and Decorator** looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a dynamic environment? **Novotel London Stansted** hotel is seeking a dedicated professional to join our Maintenance Department team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform high-quality painting, wallpapering, and decorative finishes to enhance the hotel's aesthetic appeal.
- Carry out routine maintenance tasks, ensuring all areas are kept in pristine condition.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Department to support various repair and upkeep duties.
- Assist in the preparation of surfaces, mixing paints, and selecting appropriate materials.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing any guest concerns related to room aesthetics.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in Maintenance department or a Painter and Decorator.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good physical stamina, as the job may require standing for long periods and lifting heavy materials.
- Familiarity with various painting techniques, tools, and materials.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to maintaining the hotel's high standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,960.00 per year
