**Overview**
The **Associate, Share Plans Advisory**, will support the Executives in providing day-to day advice to clients in connection with the full portfolio of on-boarding new clients and share plan events.The Associate will help develop and maintainrelationships with clients and their advisers, communicating the desires of clients to operational teams to ensure an understanding of their challenges and goals. You will support the expansion and implementation of new initiatives and services to meet thefuture needs of Link and its clients.
The **Associate, Share Plans Advisory** is a niche role, therefore we operate blended working from home and a number of our offices and are happy to discuss with you what that means for your circumstances.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Providing help and guidance to clients on products whilst developing and maintaining strategic relationships
- Project managing the delivery of key Share Plan Events, including communicating event parameters to key business areas
- Escalating any client concerns and ensuring they are resolved swiftly and satisfactorily
- Supporting visits to clients to provide one-to-one service
- Ensuring compliance with any regulatory or statutory requirements, industry codes and practices
- Drafting and overseeing preparation and mailing of shareholder/employee invitations and event documentation, ensuring draft documents are reviewed
- Supporting the Client Business Management risk review process and client feedback surveys
- Reviewing local procedures to ensure that continuous improvements are achieved, risk minimised and changing business/industry trends followed
**What we’re looking for**:
- Demonstrable experience in Share registration, Share Plans or another Financial Services Sector
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- A strong customer service ethic, with great interpersonal skills and the ability to explain complex information in simple terms
- A proactive and highly self-motivated individual, with the drive and desire to do a good job
- Exceptional problem-solving and complaints handling skills
- The ability to negotiate with internal colleagues and external customers
- Active listening skills, with a strong team focus, but also with the ability to manage your own workload
- Experience in the use of MSL, PRISM, shareMASTER and OPTIONSmanager would be advantageous
