Could you be Greendown Trust’s next Housekeeper? We are looking for a proactive and reliable individual to join our friendly team in Leeds.

Greendown Trust is a registered charity and a non-profit making organisation, providing residential care and sheltered housing accommodation primarily for elderly Christian Scientists or like-minded people.

Our organisation centres upon the rights, wishes and aspirations of all our residents and tenants and it is our policy to ensure that the services we provide are responsive to their needs and wishes.

**Housekeeper role summary**:
In this role, no two days are ever the same. Each day, certain duties will be ongoing whereas others will be carried out less frequently or on an ad-hoc basis. As such, the following list of responsibilities is not exhaustive:

- Deep cleaning and sanitising
- Dusting and polishing of surfaces, such as tables, mirrors, and silverware
- Organising and tidying up of all rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas
- Keep on top of laundry and ironing
- Meal service
- Keeping track of household supplies, such as cleaning products, toiletries and ensuring that they are stocked up as needed

The successful applicant will ideally have experience in professional housekeeping or similar role. You will also have the following skills:

- Reliability and trustworthiness

- Physical stamina for demanding tasks
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing needs
- Organisational and inventory management skills
