We're on the lookout for a part time estate agent to work in our busy, stylish office located in the bustling Chester City centre. When searching for our newest recruit, we care about qualities not qualifications, personality is everything to us and having a positive, enthusiastic approach is needed to excel in our business.

Although previous estate agency experience would be preferred, it is not essential. You'll need a strong CV in a targeted sales environment to be considered for this position as well as a proven track record of excellent customer service.

Dividing your time between our dynamic buzzing office and being out and about on viewings means that no two days are ever the same. You will build relationships with buyers and tenants to gain a thorough understanding of their requirements before whisking them off to view some of the properties we have on our register. You'll be responsible for selling our companies additional products and services such as mortgage services & solicitor recommendations.

When not on viewings it is imperative that our sellers and landlords are kept constantly updated and you will be responsible for handling negotiations and queries. Once a sale/let has been agreed it is up to you, with the help of your manager to oversee and manage the entire process as swiftly as possible. This includes dealing with solicitors, the signing of contracts, and the most rewarding part of the job - handing over the keys.

Being well organised, self motivated, keen to develop your career and competitive are qualities and skills you'll need to succeed in this exciting role.

Hours will be 20 hours per week. The salary will depend on experience but is negotiable for the right person.
