Head quartered in Vienna, Austria, Coveris operates from facilities in Austria, Egypt, France, Germany, Hungary and the United Kingdom.

To carry out basic print technical tasks and admin on a day-to-day basis to assist the Print Technical department and production.

**Principal Accountabilities**:

- Create ColorCert files for use by production - collect ink sheets when required and export colour library.
- Organise and catalogue print samples / trials / customer targets into a suitable filing system.
- Train to review basic artwork files for comments - this will be after version 1 revision has been made by the print technical team.
- Build job packs - print out colour targets and collate the process control sheets into job packs for use by production.
- Retrieve print samples on request for use by the print tech team.
- Post PQM samples to GSP’s (graphic service provider).
- Add profiles in launch tracker currently for four 04 designs
- Review basic print tech queries and respond where applicable.
- The above is not an exhausted list and any additional duties deemed necessary to carry out your role and smooth running of the department will be required.

**Key Responsibilites**:

- ColorCert file build & archive
- Organise and catalogue print samples / trials / customer targets etc.
- Add profiles to Four04 jobs - current state
- Train to do basic artwork comments - V2 onwards
- Print out Gainsborough colour targets and build job packs
- Retrieve print samples when requested
- Responds to basic technical queries raised by studio ie update config for profile.
