Job description

**What is the role?**

Bolton at Home’s tree stock consists of approximately 10,000 trees in front gardens and communal spaces. The Tree Officer is responsible for all Bolton at Home’s tree stock, ensuring effective risk management compliance and works to the highest arboriculture standards.

**Outcomes**
- To work closely with our customers by providing responses to enquiries and concerns regarding tree stock in a way that complies with our customers expectation of excellent service delivery including enhancing customer knowledge and engagement.
- Managing trees, in order to maintain and improve the amenity, environmental and wildlife benefits of the tree population owned by Bolton at Home.
- Ensure the management of Bolton at Home’s tree stock reflects the needs and requirements of Bolton at Home’s private housing commitments within local communities in looking after the environment.
