**Job Title: Hire Controller**
**Location: Cannock, Staffordshire**
**Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 Basic, Bonus Scheme, Healthcare Scheme, Company Pension Scheme, Holiday Entitlement, Full Training & Career Progression.**

**We are looking for a Hire Desk Controller to come onboard a well-established powered access organisation based in Staffordshire. This growing business pride themselves on their people and team spirited culture. They are looking for a personable, self-motivatedindividual who wants to become an integral part of a close-nit team. There will be plenty of support and training available to you, along with the opportunity to progress as the business expands.**
**Responsibilities of the Role**:

- Working as a team in a busy hire desk environment
- Taking hire enquiries from customers
- Provide advice and guidance to customers to help them hire the correct equipment
- Coordinating with team members to ensure communication efficiency
- Build effective customer relationships and resolve customer issues promptly and satisfactory
- Work with rehire companies to provide rehire to own customers
**Requirements of Role**:

- Previous experience working as a Hire Desk Controller
- Strong communication, organisation, and customer service skills
- Previous knowledge or experience working within the plant & tool hire / powered access / site accommodation/ power generation / or construction equipment industries preferable but not essential
