This is a really exciting time to join us in Cancer Services at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust. Based on feedback from the people who work with us and the people we care for, in 2023 we will be launching our new Cancer Strategy. A supported, diverse and clinically enabled workforce will be central to our main objectives. We have therefore created several new roles and are remodelling how we provide nursing support to the delivery of high quality, person-centred care. This particular role is perhaps one of the most important roles in our department - the Charge Nurse.

This position provides a rare and exciting opportunity for a highly skilled senior nurse with extensive chemotherapy experience. Working closely with the Macmillan Matron for Cancer and Haematology, the post holder will be a member of the multi-professional team providing a management and professional lead for all chemotherapy nurses working across the Trust.
