About This Job

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Reward Analyst to cover a period of maternity leave on a Fixed Term contract (starting Jan 2023 to Apr 2024).

This role will have primary responsibility for Job matching and salary surveys for our Established Markets and International Regions which will contribute to building our annual pay ranges, but there will also be a number of ad hoc projects aligned to theglobal reward team.

This is a broad and busy role and will suit a self-motivated individual looking to expand and deploy their analytical skills

Key Activities for this role:

- Support the HR Reward Partners in the annual market analysis study and annual pay cycle
- Identify survey needs and participation, market data management, preparation and management of benchmarking analysis tools, cost analyses and sourcing of additional internal/external data as required
- Preparation of salary ranges for HR Reward Partner feedback, preparation of summary materials for approval, additional data gathering and analysis in preparation for salary matrix development
- Provide analytical support for annual headcount and budget planning, mid-year forecasting, and investigating variances throughout the budget period.
- Manage HR Rewards annual project budget tracking
- Lead and support the successful delivery of HR Rewards Policy and Governance owned vendor contracts, including but not limited to liaison with vendors, Procurement, Legal, Data Privacy, and Finance
- Supports HR Rewards communications across the rewards spectrum ensuring materials are communicated appropriately
- Contributes to, or completes other ad hoc projects as required

Essential Knowledge & Experience
- Experience of working in a Reward or Finance environment
- Knowledge of salary bench marking and surveys, working with external partner data (Towers Watson/ Mercer)
- Experience of working with different countries and the ability to communicate effectively with cross functional teams
- Solid analytical skills and fully proficient in Excel
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage ad hoc projects
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- Ability to use conceptual thinking and information gathering to anticipate, identify, analyse, and solve complex problems

Educations/Qualifications
- University education or equivalent preferred
