We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior or Principal Planner to join our vibrant and dedicated planning team, with the opportunity to work flexibly with our agile working approach.

We would like to hear from anybody who is passionate about being a planner and who would relish being able to develop their own client base and work on projects across a range of sectors from retail and residential to education and energy.

**Your Role**

Tetra Tech is a multidisciplinary organisation, and you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with multi-skilled teams on larger proposals.

**Requirements**:
We are looking for a RTPI accredited Town Planner with proven experience in a similar role or looking to step up. You may be presently working in a local authority, consultancy or for a developer or housebuilder. You will be capable of managing a varied workload and be confident taking on the responsibility for the day-to-day management of concurrently running projects. To be successful in the role you will have the following key skills and experience:

- ability to deliver reliable technical input in a timely and efficient way;
- a team player with good people skills, who will thrive dealing directly with our clients;
- be able to demonstrate enthusiasm, energy and the ability to work under your own initiative to meet our client’s expectations and help expand our business;
- have excellent communication skills, allowing you to work effectively with multi-skilled teams internally and externally; and
- above all, you will have a “can-do” and positive approach to your career.
