Letting's Consultant, based in a busy estate agent in Corby.The job role will be working in a busy, fast paced office environment.

Duties Include:

- Management visits to house's currently occupied by tenants, reporting all information to landlords
- Must have polite and confident telephone manner to deal with queries’ on a day to day basis
- Completing Internet enquire for houses that are available to let
- Dealing with customer's and client's face to face
- Must have full UK driving license to complete management visits
- Book client visits and attend property viewings
- Must be computer literate and have broad knowledge of all Microsoft programmes
- Making daily service calls to customers and landlords alike

A driving licence is essential.

This position is full time

**Salary**: £21,000.00 /year
