Looking for experienced cleaner up to 16 hours per week, working across three Seaham sites, and one Sunderland site.

All cleaning products and equipment is on site.

**The Opportunity**

Working under your own initiative, you will play an active role in providing a high standard of cleanliness across 3 sites

**The Accountabilities**
- Adhere to policies and procedures relating to COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health)
- Act in a responsible manner by following Health and Safety legislation, general policies and procedures
- Liaise with 3rd party Cleaning Services to order cleaning materials and equipment faults
- Sensible use and maintenance of required equipment in line with Health and Safety legislation
- To deliver a high standard of cleaning across all areas of the Academy in line with the Company ‘Cleaning Specification’

**The Requirements**
- Ability to plan and organise your workload to ensure that you deliver activities identified as a priority and on time
- Friendly, polite and considerate to our staff and learners when working during training hours
- Previous cleaning experience would be beneficial but not essential,
- Knowledge of COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) desirable

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour
