**Claims Quality Assurance Analyst**

We are currently recruiting for a Claims Quality Assurance Analyst on behalf of our client, one of the leading brands in the UK insurance market.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supporting management with overseeing the completion of the monthly peer review programme and relevant activities (e.g. sampling, issue logging, giving feedback to the business, etc...).
- Carrying out peer reviews (including file and call reviews) and providing constructive feedback.
- Undertaking 2nd Reviews to ensure the competency and accuracy of front line QC checking and management of issues arising from the reviews.
- Supporting the production and quality of Management Information and reporting on a monthly basis.
- Assisting with the running of monthly QA oversight sessions with Heads of Claims and Claims Managers to provide constructive feedback on performance.
- Supporting the development and completion of audit activities related to planned deep dive activities.
- Working with Operations, MI and business stakeholders to assist with the development and resolution of key systemic issues.
- Supporting the development of training plans.

**Key Requirements**
- 2+ years of claims experience, ideally covering all key LOBs - Property, Casualty and Speciality.
- At least one of the following professional qualifications - Solicitor, CILex, ACII or CILA.
- Experience of completing peer reviews and audit against, in line with relevant question sets and guidance.
- Good understanding of QA and/or quality management techniques and standards, along with experience of acting as an independent reviewer/tester.
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills, including the ability to manage difficult messaging to key stakeholders.
- Strong report writing skills.
