At Elite Aesthetics Training Academy, we are looking for an enthusiastic experienced course coordinator to join our team.

We are part of an umbrella company attached to Elite Direct Pharma, Elite Medical Clinic and Elite Aesthetics Wholesale. We have many students from across the country that come to us for training in aesthetics, complete online learning and buy their aesthetics products from us.

The role involves booking and selling courses and products to our students. Though we’re growing fast, we’re still a tight-knit team that believes in encouraging each other to succeed.

We work hard to generate leads though there will be self-sourcing experience required.

The commission is paid monthly.

**The hours of work will be 10am-6pm Monday
- Friday.**

**Duties will include**:

- calling Aesthetic Business's to sell our products
- speaking with prospective students to book courses
- up-selling & Cross-Selling

**Person spec**:

- Successful background in sales, with an understanding of what it takes to convert interest into a sale
- experience in self-sourcing leads
- A positive, can-do attitude and a desire to exceed targets at every opportunity
- The ability to project their personality over the phone and build a real rapport with our customers
- A focus on teamwork whilst still retaining the edge needed to be a top performer
- B2B is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
