**Join Our Team as a Full-Time Treatment Coordinator**
Are you passionate about dental care and ready to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a dedicated Treatment Coordinator to join our esteemed private practice with four state-of-the-art surgeries including your own dedicated room. Our practice is renowned for its comprehensive approach to dental care, offering a wide range of treatments from general and preventive dentistry to aligners, cosmetic dentistry & Implants.
**Position**: Full-Time Treatment Coordinator
Monday - Friday 8.00 am-5.00 pm
**Location**: Private Practice with Four Surgeries
**Responsibilities**:
- **Patient Consultation**: Guide patients through their treatment journey, from initial consultation to post-procedure care.
- **Treatment Planning**: Collaborate with our skilled dental professionals to create personalised treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- **Educational Support**: Educate patients on various treatment options, including general dentistry, cosmetic procedures, and surgical interventions such as bone grafts and implant placements.
- **Financial Coordination**: Assist patients in understanding treatment costs and financing options, ensuring transparency and affordability throughout the process.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**: Efficiently manage appointment scheduling and coordinate with the clinical team to optimise patient flow and treatment timelines.
**Qualifications**:
- **Dental Experience**: Previous experience in a dental setting is essential, with a strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures. Experience using the dental monitoring system for orthodontic patients is ideal but training can be provivded.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with patients.
- **Organisational Abilities**: Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- **Team Player**: A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely with dentists, hygienists, and administrative staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
- **Tech Savvy**: Proficiency in dental software and microsoft is a plus.
