The company work very much as a team with everyone playing a vital role in supporting clients.

**The Job**:
Due to retirement, our client is seeking an Administrator. This will be to work as a Team and supported their IFA’s with all things administration.

Responsibilities will include:

- Preparing relevant paperwork for client meetings
- Processing Business and submit to providers
- Answering the phone and be able to deal with client questions that are not advice based in a timely manner.
- Collating research for recommendation.
- Using quotation systems for Mortgage, Protection, Investment products.
- Provide template suitability letters for the adviser to complete.
- Maintain and update information held on the company’s back office system.
- Sending client authorities to Providers and chasing the required information
- Liaise with clients (verbal/written)
- Checking cash balance reports
- Liaise with Providers Verbal / Written
- Handling of Deaths - Wills/Executors etc
- Producing MI reports as requested by the adviser

**The Person**:
For this role isn’t essential you are a team player. In addition to this it’s important that you have gained administration experience and have excellent communication and written skills. It’s also really important that you have an excellent eye for delay. They are also seeking someone who is very professional and loves doing a great job.

**The Location**:
Pill, Ham Green, Bristol (BS20)

**The Hours**:
Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm or 9am - 5pm

**The Salary**

Up to £26,000 depending on experience

**The Benefits**:
20 days (plus Christmas close down + 1 extra day per week up to a maximum of 25 days + Xmas close), Pension, Critical Illness, Parking

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
