**Who are we looking for?**

We’re looking for an experienced journalist with a passion for analysis, an eye for data, and a strong voice.

As our Features Editor you’ll be writing weighty articles with unique depth and perspective. You’ll have the opportunity to develop industry-leading content, and have a hand in shaping our future as a trusted publication. We’re also looking for someone who understands what sticky content looks like, and how to craft perfect SEO. If you’re ambitious, the sky is the limit for what you can create at HR Grapevine.

**What do we want from you?**

First and foremost, you’ll be expected to keep your finger on the pulse of what’s going on in the HR industry. That means developing a strong contact book and immersing yourself in the industry. We’re also looking for someone who can take a feature from concept through to fruition confidently and with a clear brand voice.

**Responsibilities**
- Building a robust host of contacts, and utilising these for content

Writing an impressive array of thoughtful features on a regular basis
- Analysing research to find trends and stand-out data
- Ensuring our content meets strong SEO standards

**Essential skills**
- An impressive history working in B2B journalism.
- Strong writing skills, including impeccable grammar
- Experience interviewing high-profile business leaders

**Other skills that are an advantage**
- Knowledge of content management systems and Salesforce is preferred

**Job Type**: Full time, Permanent

**Salary**:_**£32-35,000 based on experience**_

**Holidays**: 20 days per annum (increases to 25 days with service)

**Schedule**:
Monday to Friday (Flexible hours)
