Essensially shot and edit property videos....

**KEY ROLES**
- Check all agents’ movements for the day and plan your day around them with a view to ‘catch them in action’ for content.
- At the start of each day, plan what content you want to create for each agent.
- New instruction filming and editing will take priority over other tasks.
- Create content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Business

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Create high quality ‘cool’ video tours for new instructions and any stock deemed appropriate.
- Create video/picture content for all agents and The Property Centre to be shared on all socials on a regular basis.
- Research what the best estate agents all over the world are doing from a property marketing perspective and learn how we can best create property marketing content for ourselves.
- Manage and ensure that all agents are regularly using your content on all main social media platforms and that your content also goes through the The Property Centre accounts. (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google Business)
- Consistently learn new techniques and continue to learn how to best use equipment (drone, etc) to create increasingly better-quality content.
- Research how to get the best organic reach on social media accounts (best hashtags to use, etc)
- Agents will continue to control their social accounts for the time being, but you must ensure you remind them to post your content regularly if they have not.
- Take control of expanding your role and developing your key daily roles based on the overall responsibilities of the role.
- Most importantly, consistently use the people, properties and tools around you to gain experience and increase your skills as a videographer.

All members of staff may be called upon to carry out other duties to meet the needs of the business.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time

**Salary**: From £17,000.00 per year pro rata
