Are you passionate about educating young minds and have a knack for making science fun? Science of Sound, a pioneering educational company, specialises in teaching the science of sound to children aged 5-12 through engaging workshops, clubs, and events. As we expand our operations across London and prepare for national growth, we're on the lookout for dynamic and creative individuals to join our team as Holiday Camp Leaders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and facilitate sound science workshops, ensuring each session is engaging, informative, and fun for children.
- Prepare educational materials and set up equipment, including laptops, speakers, and Chladni plates, for hands-on learning experiences.
- Adapt teaching methods to cater to a diverse group of children, maintaining our commitment to inclusivity and diversity.
- Collect feedback from parents and participants, contributing to the continuous improvement of our programmes.
- Collaborate with our team to customise content for different educational systems and localise our curriculum without compromising our core principles.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in education, science communication, or a related field, with a focus on working with children aged 5-12.
- A strong foundation in science, particularly in acoustics or sound science, is preferable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and team members.
- A creative thinker with the ability to make science accessible and exciting.
- Commitment to inclusivity, diversity, and creating a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.
- Willingness to undergo training on our curriculum and teaching methods, as well as any necessary vetting processes.
