**Job Title: Bespoke DJ & Audio Furniture Maker / Design Assistant**

Spinback Furniture, a bespoke DJ and audio furniture design studio based in Newcastle, is seeking a dynamic individual to join our one-person team. This is a fantastic opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of custom furniture creation while enjoying a flexible part-time role.

**Role**: Bespoke DJ & Audio Furniture Maker / Design Assistant

**Location**:Newcastle

**Hours**: 15 hours per week

**Pay**:£10- £15 per hour

**Duties**:

- Assist in the fabrication and assembly of furniture pieces
- Use hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble furniture components
- Paint or stain furniture surfaces as needed
- Install fittings on furniture pieces
- Contribute to furniture photoshoots & marketing activities
- Ensure quality control by inspecting finished furniture
- Maintain a clean and organised work area

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in carpentry or woodworking is preferred
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- An interest in the music/ DJ industry is preferred due to the nature of the products but not essential

**Skills**:

- Proficient in using hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, and wrenches
- Experience with power tools such as drills, saws, and sanders
- Ability to fabricate and assemble furniture components accurately
- Knowledge of spraying techniques for furniture surfaces
- Keen eye for detail
